1.General Conditions of Sale - Sale of personalized QR code holders

These general conditions of sale (hereinafter referred to as the "GCS") apply to all orders placed on the website operated by the Hektor SAS group (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller") under the Raoul brand name.

Purpose
The Vendor sells customized QR code holders, manufactured to the Customer's specifications.

Orders
The customer places an order by selecting the shape, color and size of the QR code on the website, as well as the quantity required. He/she also transmits the visual he/she wishes to appear on the QR code. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided at the time of ordering. However, before the media are produced, the Vendor sends the Customer a final visual for validation. The Customer may then request modifications, provided that production has not yet begun. The order is definitive only after validation of the visual by the Customer and full payment of the sales price and delivery charges, which are indicated when the order is placed.

Payment
Payment is made via the secure system of the Stripe bank. The customer is informed that any total or partial non-payment will result in the cancellation of the order.

Delivery
Customized QR code holders are engraved and sent by post within a timeframe that may vary depending on the quantity of QR codes ordered and La Poste's delivery times. The Seller cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery attributable to La Poste.

Right of withdrawal
The Customer is hereby informed that, due to the personalized nature of QR code media, he/she does not have a right of withdrawal. However, in the event of receipt of damaged media, the Customer must notify the Vendor within 48 hours of receipt of the media.

Intellectual property
The Customer is responsible for all visuals transmitted to the Vendor for the personalization of QR codes. The Customer guarantees that it has all the necessary rights to use the visuals it sends. The Vendor is the owner of all personalized QR code media produced at the Customer's request.

Personal data
The Vendor collects and processes the Customer's personal data in accordance with its privacy policy, available on the website. Applicable law and jurisdiction These GTC are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to these GCS will be brought before the competent courts under the conditions of common law. 2. Terms and Conditions - Online notice management service

Article 1. Purpose
The purpose of these general terms and conditions of sale is to define the terms and conditions under which Groupe Hektor SAS, owner of the Raoul brand, offers a service for managing online customer reviews on various platforms (Google, TripAdvisor, Yelp, The Fork, Facebook) to its professional customers.

Article 2. Obligations of the company Groupe Hektor SAS
The company Groupe Hektor SAS undertakes to provide its customers with a service for managing online customer reviews on various platforms (Google, TripAdvisor, Yelp, The Fork, Facebook). The response time to reviews will be less than 5 hours, except in exceptional cases. Groupe Hektor SAS also undertakes to provide its customers with 2 hours of coaching in the first month, followed by 30 minutes of coaching per month.

Article 3. Obligations of the customer
The customer must provide Groupe Hektor SAS with access to its accounts on the various platforms for which it wishes to delegate the management of reviews. The customer must provide his own accesses and undertakes not to provide the accesses of others. Groupe Hektor SAS cannot be held responsible if this is not the case. The customer undertakes to pay the monthly or annual subscription fee in accordance with the invoicing terms and conditions. In the event of non-payment, Groupe Hektor SAS reserves the right to suspend the service. The customer is responsible for the content published on the various platforms. Groupe Hektor SAS cannot be held responsible for opinions published on the platforms.

Article 4. Invoicing and cancellation terms
Subscriptions can be taken out on a monthly basis with no commitment at 64 euros per month including VAT, or on a yearly basis with a 12-month commitment at 50 euros per month including VAT. For monthly subscriptions without commitment, the customer must cancel the subscription on the platform, which will be sent to him by e-mail at least 10 days before the next billing date. Annual subscriptions can be cancelled up to 10 days before the next billing date, but the customer must pay a quarter of the remaining monthly instalments in accordance with current regulations.

Article 5. Data security
Groupe Hektor SAS undertakes to guarantee the security and confidentiality of its customers' data. The personal data collected will not be transmitted to third parties without the customer's prior consent. Access provided by the customer to Groupe Hektor SAS will be used exclusively for the management of customer reviews.

Article 6. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These general terms and conditions of sale are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution shall be submitted to the competent courts. The present terms and conditions of sale may be modified at any time by Hektor SAS. Changes to the general terms and conditions of sale will be made known to customers on the Raoul website. The general terms and conditions of sale applicable are those in force on the date the Customer subscribes to the service. The Hektor SAS group undertakes to respect the confidentiality and security of personal data provided by the Customer. The data collected is used exclusively for the purposes of the service offered by Raoul. The Customer has the right to access, rectify, delete and oppose data concerning him/her. To exercise this right, the Customer may contact the Hektor SAS group at the following e-mail address: contact@raoul.com. The Customer undertakes to provide accurate and complete information about his company and to provide the necessary access to the various platforms for which he wishes to delegate the management of reviews. The Customer is solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and the accesses communicated. In the event of non-compliance with this obligation, the Hektor SAS group cannot be held responsible for any consequences that may arise. Groupe Hektor SAS undertakes to use all necessary means to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the Customer's data. However, the Hektor SAS group cannot be held responsible for a security incident caused by malicious intrusion by a third party on the servers of the Hektor SAS group. The present terms and conditions of sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution before taking any legal action. In the absence of such an amicable solution, any dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Paris. By accepting these general terms and conditions of sale, the Customer acknowledges that he/she has read all the provisions contained herein and accepts them unreservedly.
